Thanks for becoming an AgeMeter customer!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase – or have issues with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return the AgeMeter Kit from the date you received it for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.

If your product is defective, and you are seeking an exchange, please contact sales@agemeter.com

 

Refunds

Once we receive your AgeMeter Kit, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Your refund will be processed in 7-14 days. Your account will be credited based on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non­-refundable.

In the event that your AgeMeter Kit is confirmed to be defective, you may request a reimbursement of your shipping costs at sales@agemeter.com.
